Discovery Session:

Discovery Sessions are free and always will be.  ALL coaching agreements with Andreas start off with a free Discovery Session up to 60 minutes long.  What happens in the Discovery Session and why is it so important?  You can read more about that and other aspects of the coaching process on the Coaching F.A.Q. page.  For ALL Coaching Packages, please allow at least two (2) days between the initial Discovery Session and your first Coaching Session.

About the One Shot Deal Coaching Package:

​A basic one-off "one-and-done" Coaching Package.

This package includes:
​
- A 60 minute Discovery Session  (last 15 minutes of the Discovery Session will serve as our Intake Session)

- A 65 minute Coaching Session around the topic agreed upon in the Discovery Session

- A 30 minute Closing/Re-contracting Session

About the 9-Pack Coaching Package:

An in-depth Coaching Package that allows us to explore where you're at, where you want to go, and how you intend to get there.  

This package includes:

- A 45-60 minute Discovery Session (Session 1)

- A 60 minute Intake Session (Session 2) (considered a true coaching session; this is a paid session for price calculation purposes)

- Two (2) 60 minute Coaching Sessions after Intake (Sessions 3 and 4)

- A 45-60 minute Mid-point Check-in/Re-contracting Session (Session 5)

- Three (3) more 60 minute Coaching Sessions (Sessions 6-8)

- A 45-60 minute Closing/Re-contracting Session (Session 9)

- This package will be a 2-4 month commitment for both of us.  This calculation assumes that we will be meeting for coaching sessions once (1 time) every week or every other week, although we can discuss our exact meeting plan when you sign up.  I am happy to meet with clients up to three (3) times in a one-week period.

About the Baker's Dozen Coaching Package:

An in-depth Coaching Package that allows us to explore where you're at, where you want to go, and how you intend to get there, with ample time for deep exploration, check-ins, and goal reinforcement along the way.  

This package includes:

- A 45-60 minute Discovery Session (Session 1)

- A 60 minute Intake Session (Session 2) (considered a true coaching session; this is a paid session for price calculation purposes)

- Two (2) 60 minute Coaching Sessions (Sessions 3 and 4)

- A 45-60 minute Check-in/Re-contracting Session (Session 5)

- Three (3) more 60 minute Coaching Sessions (Sessions 6-8)

- Another 45-60 minute Check-in/Re-contracting Session (Session 9)
